Calozzi's has been doing real Philly cheesesteaks in Seattle since 2008 — chopped ribeye on a real hoagie roll, griddled hot to order, wit or witout, your choice of cheese. Georgetown and Capitol Hill know the drill. Next up: the Eastside.
